I hope this helps someone else not be fooled by this place, because I've never stayed at a hotel ever that did this before. Upon arriving they will ask you for an extra $100 deposit, which is normal, and I even asked/clarified at that time that the full amount would be returned. The response was yes, so long as nothing was damaged, also normal. However, on receiving my refund back I notice it's not the full amount, and I for sure did not damage anything. According to the person I talked to, there is a hidden $15 a night "facility fee" that no one tells you about. Explain to me why a hidden fee per night is necessary when I am literally paying per night for the room already???

I will say the property was good for the money. The card keys did not work, and no one told me upon check in that breakfast would not be available. The walls are paper thin. The staff was kind and courteous.

The receptionists are very unprofessional especially someone called Jared ( very rude guy ) I spent my night with the AC working for the whole night I couldn’t fix it and the night shift guy told me ( I can not do anything to you, I’m not trained to solve this kind of problems) I felt sick of course the next day because I slept in this cold condition What a bad experience At the end when I was leaving they said they have to take 15$ from my deposit that was on hold. Why ? Because I have to pay for a facility charge that no body mentioned when I was checking in What a night I really do not recommend this place at all to anyone

Front desk & housekeeping staff were great, answered any questions I had and fulfilled any housekeeping requests I needed. Room was modern and tidy when checking in with convenient access to the J train a very short walk away. Would definitely book here again for any Brooklyn trips.
