Spotlessly clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly, easy check in. The train is a little disturbing but didn't stop us from falling asleep or from sleeping through the night. Ask for a quiet room in the back. The hotel is a terrific bargain for Brooklyn.

Shades were not in their track, this light got in. One window was drafty, cold air was being let in. The windows should be better noise canceling. Slept fine, but can see how the train and other street nose can keep you up. Overall the room was good, bed was comfortable, showers were hot, towels were plenty.

The room was spotless, quiet clean and great for a quick two day stay to see the New York City Christmas decorations. Edgy neighborhood but I'm from Brooklyn so no big deal to me. Half a block to the closest subway stop to take the train into Manhattan. Staff was alert and attentive. Great bargain compared to the overpriced Manhattan hotels.

We had a nice stay at this property. Its location is great for us. Our window did t seal properly so it was both noisier and colder than it needed to be, but once we rebooted the thermostat, at least one of those problems went away. If the location or price suits your needs, this hotel will work for you.
