The location was ideal for attending shows and walking to all major attractions. Shona and her staff were kind, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic…really one of the best I have ever had. Noisy neighborhood but it is Times Square… in the city that never sleeps! Overall lovely spot …will be back.

This is one of those unique properties where they seem to care about their guests experience. Everyone from the lovely staff in the restaurant to their making sure we had a clean room and towels even if we slept in a little. I travel alot and this is a property I'll be returning to frequently!

Located in the heart of Times Square, Merrion Row has easily become our go-to hotel in NYC. The staff is attentive and friendly. As return guests, we were greeted with such a warm welcome — this speaks volumes to the personalized experience. The food and drinks at the bar/restaurant are excellent. It’s centrally located in the theatre district. A short walk to Restaurant Row for amazing dining and Fifth Ave for shopping. The rooms and public spaces are clean and smell great. Will definitely be back in the near future.

Loved staying at this hidden gem, a quiet retreat in busy Times Square. Room was clean, with a lovely, updated bathroom. Housekeeping was great. They anticipated my needs, leaving a bag of fresh towels and bottled water at my door, when my Do Not Disturb sign was posted. How nice is that? The restaurant downstairs was convenient.

Great place to stay for a show. Tiny rooms but charming and very clean. $25 voucher for food(which you pay for some “urban fee”). Great food and the pub next door is fun. Highly recommend. Also we parked at a ABM parking .5mile walk away for $50 overnight.

The Merrion Row is a super nice and convenient place to stay, around the corner of Times Square. Although it being a busy area it is super quiet inside your room. The room is nice and comfortable and the food in the restaurant is wonderful. The staff in particular is super friendly and helpful, they seem to enjoy their job very well and try to take it to the next level to give us the best time of our life. We had a wonderful stay and the staff gave us an amazing time by helping us enjoy the new years ball drop up close and personal.
