Very comfortable beds. Super helpful and friendly staff. Close enough to walk to many major attractions including the Empire State, Bryant Park and Time Square but in a more quiet area with plenty of local amenities nearby. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The room was very comfortable, safe and secure.. Staff was so helpful and always willing to assist..from the time we arrived to the time we left.. John, my barbados sister, and also my friend who lived in Staten Island, who was so happy when I got the chance to experience snow for the first time (ps can't remember their names) also had an issue with the heater in the room, called the front desk and within minutes they sent a portable one with a technician while they tried fixing the problem with the main heater in the room (wasn't getting enough hot air) It was so convenient to move around because the subway was literally 2 mins away..lots of fast food places nearby with great choices to choose from.. A reliable laundry place less than 5 mins away.. Definitely will be coming back!!!
