Good room and comfy bed (very small rooms), small but clean bathroom. Great view and Brekky. The only bad thing about this hotel is you can be waiting 10-15min for a lift and once you get in, it can take another 10min to get to ground floor.

Fabulous view from the room. Breakfast was ok, could be more variety. Staff were ok but noone smiles and everyone seems stiff but maybe it's just the difference between US and UK culture. Room was clean. Rooms are tiny but we knew this from the reviews and that did not bother us. Price to pay for beautiful views, we were ok with that.

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. The elevator in the mornings going down to the main floor took forever, learned you have to take the elevator up and ride it all the way down. Overall, nice property, conveniently located to many things!

Staff was amazing and safety. Continental breakfast. Was just that nothing exceptional, but had plenty of food options for a good breakfast. Rooms was tiny. My opinion it’s hard for 4 people to a room with luggage. Just not enough room and bathroom to small for 4 people. We had 4 people In 2 double bed. Stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping was amazing. Came in and tried to help with organizing and keeping things in order. But if u r like us we basicallly just needed a bed at night bc we gone 14-16 hrs a day. And it served it’s purpose

We had an excellent view of NYC! Room was clean, staff was friendly. Room was very small, but I was expecting that and it was doable. Hotel was in a safe area. Overall, it was a good experience!
