We love this hotel and have stayed here before but this time the only thing we did t like was how noisy it is if you get a room in the sun level. you hear everything and it's where the breakfast buffet is so it's loud early in the morning. otherwise everything was perfect. its clean and comfy and easy to park there.

Tout était très bien: gentillesse du personnel, déjeuner complet (à part le premier jour où il y avait moins de choix que les autres jours - peut-être parce que nous étions un dimanche), propreté de l’établissement et de la chambre. À 10 minutes à pied du métro et 40 minutes à pied du pont de Brooklyn.

I have stayed here previously and I must say, a higher floor is the way to go. I was in C-level, and my room was nowhere near the quality of the upper floors where I have stayed before. The staff is Great, so there's no issues there. BUT THEY HAVE NO ICE MACHINES! For the price, that is totally unacceptable. I asked the front desk, and they said they have ice trays in the fridge...the freezer part. For some odd reason, all three times I've stayed there, the ice cube tray is just filled with water and not frozen. They also don't have standard cable channels unless I'm missing something. There was a football game on on NBC. Even a scrubby hotel has NBC. Of course I come prepared so I was able to find it on my fire stick under my Peacock subscription, but still. Another annoyance is the fact that they have NO MICROWAVE. It's 2025 (almost 2026), let's get a microwave going here, huh? Uber Eats delivery is incredibly slow to this location, so be prepared for that too. Overall grade of the hotel, a modest 75 out of 100.

TV remote did not work. Towels had stains. Bed spread was not changed. Workers incapable of assistance beyond simple requests, however were friendly. Breakfast was good. Location somewhat inconvenient, however safe. Noisy and can hear everything in hallway which can make it hard to sleep. For the price = worth it. Not a luxury experience, but a place to sleep, shower and change clothes at while feeling safe.
