I really like this hotel. The location is prime and its easy to get to Manhattan. I just think the hotel needs to upgrade and do a renovation ASAP. The day staff was kind, but the night shift was not friendly AT ALL.

This hotel is in a great location in Brooklyn and the staff was super friendly. We had to request a coffee maker and couldn’t figure out the heat/ac in the room, but other than that it was a positive experience
