Staff was very helpful, my daughter forgot her wallet in the room the day we checked out, the nice lady at reception tracked me down a few mins after we had left to return the item.

We arrived later in the evening and had to prove that we had not only booked our room, but that we were charged because according to the staff we did not have a room. Our room had been put out of service because the dishwasher wasn’t working and the hotel made no attempt to contact us to let us know this occurred. We were allowed to stay in the room, but had to make the bed ourselves and found trash and sticky floors. We had no way to shower due to a lack of a shower curtain and due to the fact that the shower was dirty from the last person using it. We were not offered any kind of discount or reimbursement, which I will be going after.

We checked in with four people and they wouldn't give us extra towels. My son accidentally dropped the toilet paper in the shower and when they went down to get more toilet paper they only gave them one roll of toilet paper for four people. They refused to give us anything additional saying it was the hotel policy. We had three towels in our room for four people so did they expect one person not to shower. They were rude about it as well

It could have been so much better. The hall ways stunk really bad and my upstairs neighbor was really loud all the way up to the early morning about 2:30am preventing me from getting rest. I reported it to the hotel management but nothing was done.
