Lovely place but £5.50 for a single Baileys which had about 2 small mouthfulls in it is an absolute rip off even the other guests were shocked it was only one staff member that was dishing them out tho all the rest used the single pour measure oldish lass black blouse on serving evening time on the 25th September - I’m due to stay again on the 10th October and I’m curious to see if anything has been rectified when it comes to weights and measures law

Good for the airport

Check on was quick & efficient, the room was clean with sufficient space. Unfortunately the restaurant staff were a bit chaotic & spent lots of time standing around chatting instead of attending to their customers. The food was very nice.

Good night sleep

Booked for an early morning flight, location is perfect for the airport and would use again. Room very nice and comfortable. Booked half board and included diner was tasty. Breakfast buffet was decent but the bacon was really inedible which was really disappointing. Great staff who are very helpful, a lovely bunch.

Stayed here a few times now. 200m walk to terminal so great location. Rooms clean and bed comfy. Staff very good. Only downside is price of food and drink. We forgot about this but next time we will take our own. £70 for a pizza, burger and 2 drinks is almost as much as we paid for the room.

Great place for getting into Newcastle and ideal for the airport which is steps away. Metro station right outside. On site restaurant and bar does the job and rooms were very comfortable.

A Great Night's Stay

It was very good, as always. We count this overnight stay at Newcastle Airport, a part of our holiday. The girl who checked us in wa so helpful and friendly, she had a lovely personality and was very helpful, giving us lots of information. The warm chocolate cookie is always appreciated too. We decided to eat in the bar this time, however it was extremely busy and only one server and we waited for a very long time to be served and a fair wait for our food. Our room was cosy, bed was comfy. We had everything we needed. .
