Beer cans in room trash can and beer tops under bed when we checked in. Front desk check us out when we still had 1 night stay left. Caused additional undue stress and trip back to hotel to clear up.

Awful stay, start to finish. The desk cleric was unhelpful, the room was so loud all night long, so none of us got any sleep, and the coffee was tepid at breakfast. Just terrible all around.

We lodged at this particular property because Sentara Hospital is directly across the street; it was very convenient to visit a loved one at the hospital, especially after driving from out of town.
