This hotel is the perfect choice for convenience! You’re steps away from Clifton Hill. Other than that, I would avoid it. It’s run down, dirty, and not comfortable. The beds are springy and the bathroom needs a serious upgrade. I would recommend staying nearer the casino in a more modern hotel.

Close proximity to everything, Clifton hills is about 5mins work from the hotel and 8 mins walk to Niagara falls, the location is safe was out walking with my kids till 12am, most of the activities closes by 2.00am The staff are friendly and very helpful, house keeping was every day

Pros: clean property, friendly staff, area appeared safe and close to everything. Cons: no microwave, no mini fridge and breakfast was lacking protein items. Overall it was a great stay! Will stay again.

The beds were awful squeaky and could feel the springs the pillows were too light hurt our necks. The washroom door squeaks too. The smell was awful till we hired the air conditioner which was very noisy at night.

The only positives about this hotel were the central location and the spacious room. Unfortunately, everything else was a letdown. The one elevator on-site was painfully slow. The room and furniture were incredibly dated, and the bathroom felt like it hadn’t been updated in decades. The curtains didn’t even close all the way—so much for a good night’s sleep. Basic amenities were missing—no bottled water in the room. The pillows were flimsy, and the towels were barely big enough to be called bath towels. We called housekeeping to request extra towels and pillows. They brought more towels, but completely ignored the pillow request. They advertised a continental breakfast, but what was provided was minimal and uninspired: toast, bagels, waffles, some sad-looking tarts, cereal, and a handful of fruit. Seating was extremely limited and crowded. All in all, not worth the price. Needs a serious upgrade across the board. Would not stay again.
