If you want to have a great place to stay in Niagara go to this place , the lunch that’s free is lame . But the hotel is ran with precision, and it awesome, and do the off lot parking , the shuttle bus is amazing!

Very nice hotel, but very, Very busy. During free breakfast, check in checkout waits for elevator 10 to 15 minutes. Comp. Happy hour is a joke. Stale pretzels. Smashed chips thats it. 3 drinks? Draft only. No burbon. Cheap liquor. If not for the fantastic view of Horseshoe falls?

An upgrade was offered for a special niagara falls, fireworks display view and an extra bed at a cost. I paid for the offer. Overall, the room is very spatious and extra bed is comfortable but it was just disappointing that only a partial view of the fall can be seen and the promised fireworks display cannot be viewed. Staff are very accommodating and helps to guide and help you throughout the stay.

Unique is where the property is located and starbucks inside the property, but lift experience horrible had to wait for 20 minutes or more , and breakfast too crowded and not much varieties ,same food and scrambled eggs was like rubber

We went as a group of 8 friends. When checking in, we were offered to have all of us on the same floor, along with a full view of the falls, for an extra $150. In the end, we did have a full view of the falls, which was beautiful, but only half of us were on the same floor. This error should have been discounted from the up charge.

We had a lovely room upgraded for a cost but a great view of the falls especially at night. Very quiet and clean. The breakfast included with the room was terrible the type of continental breakfast included at lower end hotels. Long wait times for elevators. The staff were all very friendly and courteous and helpful.

You can't beat this location if your plans are to visit Niagara Falls. We were not there during peak tourism season. If you do plan to go then, be aware that elevator service is very slow and while the breakfast is free, the quality is just OK and maybe not worth the long wait to be seated.
