Free drink on arrival between 5-6pm. Nice hotel with great views. Trouble with getting the room we booked (with the view) and was put on a much lower floor Some staff were amazing and others were not accommodating at all to the point they gaslit me.

Room and staff sucked. Hot water didn’t work. Staff informed me i need to run water 10min. We had to run it 30min until it turned lukewarm. And apparently each use you had to do that. It was close to 11pm and if you have kids, you know there is no time for that. Fridge also malfunctioned so all the food for our newborn went bad. Then when requested refund, they had the audacity to say they were “never informed” and denied the request. Dishonest staff!!! Yasmin you s ux. Honestly, now i know why they give out drink vouchers and free breakfast to attract people to make up for their mediocre rooms. The part that p_isses me off the most is they denied it all. They sent someone up to try to fix and they still say they have no record of it. Ridiculous establishment.

I stayed in a room with studio and it was great!, comfortable bed, clean room, and modern. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was good. At arrival, I got a voucher for complementary snacks and 1 alcoholic beverage. Location is great!

The room was very clean. I was very satisfied with the customer service of the employees working there, everyone was welcoming and kind. The only disappointments I had was with the slow elevators, the late check-in (4pm) and with the quality of the breakfast. Other than that, it’s a 4/5.

Room: we upgraded for an extra $100 (including tax) for a room with a “view” however the view was not great as there was a big chunk of wall between the two windows. We were disappointed and regretted getting the upgrade! Also the way the bedroom was set up made it difficult to enjoy the view, unless you were standing in front of the window. There was very little space between the foot of the bed and the draws against the wall. The bedroom felt too small! And a bit of a night squeeze in some areas. Staff: We had an issue with the fridge in our room and called down to ask for help. The person who answered our phone was rude and sarcastic! However someone came and helped us out, quickly. The remaining staff were all helpful and courteous. The free breakfast buffet was ok. However it was very crowded. The elevators were jammed and stopped on each floor to pick up more people also trying to rush down before 9am as breakfast ended at 9:30am Elevators were always very busy so it took a while to go up and down. More elevators would help! Another recommendation would be to have breakfast go later! It’s the weekend, a lot of people are up late and want to sleep in a little on Sunday morning. We felt so rushed, jumping out of bed and rushing down for breakfast before 9am! Hotel was clean! Bed was comfortable!

Room was Ok, but it had crumbs in the bed carpet. Towels were very stiff, should use softener. The hotel doesn’t offer free parking which was a significant impact to our budget because it was very and unnecessary expensive. Breakfast didn’t offer much variety and should put everything in one place because it’s annoying to walk all over the place gathering the food. Elevators where somewhat slow.
