The front desk staff is not friendly and waited almost an hour to check in. Also no shower curtain and liner in the bathroom, the floor were wet after shower

Pool is not accessible I went last June and the only elevator to the pool was out of order and now in August it was the same thing.

Hotel was amazing. The watermark restaurant is a total rip off. We had sun par service but we’re forced to pay an 18% gratuity despite the horrendous service. Overpriced for what you get. Do not recommend.

Bed mattress was extremely worn and sunk down when trying to sleep. After registering a complaint we were given another room. However no compensation was given although we were very inconvenienced having to sleep three to a bed for one night as it was too late to change rooms.

The Hilton hotel is a name brand name. The room was clean and in order. The challeges are: The parking is too far and it is also expensive to park. There was no Youtube or Netflix/Prime options on any of the TV. The only real option is to watch the news. Do better Hilton.

Nope, don’t do it. Not a great experience, extremely cold or hot showers only with staff that shrug at you when you tell them there are water issues with the building. Very worn down rooms and building, only 3 working elevators for 33 floors. The chlorine in the indoor pool is so strong that our eyes burned for an hour after being in the pool area, not healthy. 1 person working at the front desk in the morning when checkout is at 11 am. Be prepared to wait in lines for everything and to park off site as the on site parking fills up quickly. Positives were comfortable beds and pillows, many dining options nearby, and a clear view of the fireworks from our room!
