Front desk staff were stellar!! All public areas were 2nd to none for cleanliness, including the bathrooms. Rooms are very nice, & well kept. However, the Housekeeping staff do need to pay more attention to light switches in the room, as well as switches & vents in the bathroom. All three had a generous amount of dust & general use buildup. As a rule of thumb, switches & bathroom vents should be treat like a horizontal surface and wiped off every time the room is cleaned. Then it only takes a minute since there is never a build up. That being said, we will definitely be staying here again, and recommending it! Thanks for a wonderful stay on our 40th Anniversary. Lookin forward to our next stay in Niagara. :-)

Hotel did not include free breakfast. What was available was much too expensive. We went down the road to an Ihop

This hotel has amazing some may even say breathtaking simultaneous views of both the American and Canadian (Horseshoe) Falls and is one of a few that can boast that privilege. The staff was accommodating, courteous and polite. The room was basic, lacked zero closet or space to hang clothing, no iron, mattress more on the softer side, but still comfortable. The jetted tub appeared to have not been cleaned with hair shavings scattered all over, but on closer inspection and to my relief they were only hairline scratches on the tub's coating..phew!. lol And did I mentioned that incredible 2 Falls view? Wow! My BFF and I were blown away bith day and night.

The breakfast was not free, it was rather pricey, but adequate. Our room had a great view, but lacked amenities. No closet, the safe was just sitting on a table exposed in the room.

Staff was great. Location good. We had pretty good view of the falls with the premium room. Don’t be fooled “Fallsview US and Canada” is true, but the hotel is not on the front row with many of the other hotels, pretty good distance off the falls. Good location though with walkway to the casino and many restaurants. Also $80/night for self parking, valet is like $120…. Offsite $50-60. Crazy.

Very clean room, the entire staff and the amenities were all over the top. The thought that you can go on vacation and never leave the hotel building amazed me. Every resturant under the sun was in this Hilton I was totally impressed

The check in was smooth and communication with the gues services were good as they are very responsive. The staff are also nice and accomodating however, the room we got had some issues with the television as it was not working. The tech staff had told us that they received that same issue and complaint before as well. When we called the maintenance about it, they told us that it wasn’t programmed and it would take 40 minutes to fix it if we want or we could request to change rooms however, it is already past 10 at this point and both options are not a good option anymore for us as we were very tired at this time. Some toiletries that we expected are readily available are not and you’d have to request it after checking in whilst other hotels provide it already.
