The parking off-site is overly expensive and inconvenient. Although there was a shuttle service, I had to walk to and from the off-site most times. I also had a hockey bag for my daughter's tournament, so it was very stressful getting to my car. The mattress in my room was awful - too soft and needs replacement - my daughter and I rolled down to the middle of the mattress because it was so soft. The front desk was rude. The Bell Desk was very nice, as was the Starbuck's baristas. I do not intend to ever stay there again. I would not recommend to anyone. The price was outrageous for what I received.

We have stayed at the Hilton many times and always enjoyed it, the room was great but there was one wall of curtains, when you opened them it was just a wall. The only view was a small slit of a window at at each end that you could barely see out of. I guess you need to be very specific that you actually want to see out of the room.

Everything was wonderful except for the check in line. When we arrived there was probably 30 parties in line with 2 available clerks. After about 40 minutes 5 more windows opened up and the line began to move. The check in process took about an hour. Outside of that everything was great. Beautiful room with a stunning view.

We were on the 19th floor South tower. The ice machine did not work the entire time. Each time we took the elevator, we waited for a very long time because they were not all working, but the most rediculous thing was we had to pay a total of $165 to park our car in the offsite parking lot! That should be included in the hotel stay! We will not be going back there!

Check in was a breeze! Everyone was very accommodating. I got texts during my stay to ensure we had everything we need. I would recommend Hilton for sure. Also its opposite the Fallsview Casino which is very convenient.

The parking was 2 blocks away, and still over $60 to park over night, zero accommodations for that and was never told until I arrived at property. Also for a $480 night, the hotel was extremely busy, elevators were absolutely packed. I was expecting better quality. However the room and the customer service was great, staff was friendly and helpful in every way. The property was very clean, the bed was comfortable.
