The room was clean, the view was AMAZING !!!!. The staff were friendly. The restaurants were great. Corso we had our anniversary dinner and they gave us an anniversary dessert. The overall stay was 10 out of 10. Will definitely be coming back again, especially for that view. Thank you Hilton.

We were upgraded, which was nice. I found things floating in the hot tub. That was very concerning. But my room was amazing. Otherwise what I saw floating was gross. I did not bother bringing this up with the hotel but I immediately got out of the tub.

Breakfast was not included. The view of both falls was amazing. Perfect view of the fireworks. We didn’t use the jetted tub but we went to the 17th floor for the infinity pool and the hot tub. Be sure to scan the QR code on your little welcome card that comes with the room key. It goes to a website for booking a 1-hr time slot for the pools/fitness room. I can see why though. We were in the north tower and it had 51 floors. The rooms there are newly renovated. Get there early too. The check-in line was so busy on the weekend. I had to wait 20 minutes in line. Around 3:45pm

We paid for the premium view (both the Canadian and U.S. falls). The Canadian falls could only be seen from a tiny angle in the room, and when you were lying down (which is most of the time when you’re in a hotel), the view was of the city, not the falls. Even water was not free, which was kind of weird, and the hot tub was not perfectly clean.
