Great hotel

This hotel had great service. I wasn’t aware you have to pre book the pool so we didn’t get to utilize it much. Strongly suggest booking the pool when you book. I’m not sure I’ve stayed in a hotel that doesn’t offer bottles of water with the stay. They had 2 bottles for diamond gold or silver members but 5$ each for regular customers. Cheap or expensive I’ve never not had water included. Seemed a little cheap for such a great hotel. Customer service, check in, rooms, infinity pool food at brasa was all amazing. Highly recommend and now that I know about the water and pool I can prepare better for next time. We will definitely back.

We had an ok time. We were in town for a concert. We requested a city view corner jacuzzi. We were “upgraded” to a falls view but the jacuzzi was in the bathroom, not as pictured. The room was decent but the couch and other furniture items are showing wear with stains etc. great view but not what we had requested.

This Hotel is central to a lot of restaurants and close to the falls. It is connected with a covered walkway to the Casino making it safe to walk in bad weather and any time of day and night. Some of the best restaurants are actually in the hotel.

The hotel is understaffed. They cannot honour their 4:00pm check in let alone a 5:00pm. Parking is $100 It’s cheaper to go to the states side and that’s considering the state of our looney. The Hilton is a joke of a hotel and run by young inexperienced people who do not care to serve their customers
