Very clean, nice staff. Great fitness area. Only issue was the hot tubs in pool area are drained and elevators can get congested and crazy but staff handled it well.

We stayed two nights. We originally booked a city view room but when we arrived they offered an upgrade for a small fee for the Falls view. It was worth the extra money. The view was breathtaking. Also, the room was really clean. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Also, the parking was super convenient, worth the money paid for it. Everyone there was super polite and helpful. Before checkout we ate at the steak house onsite for breakfast. It was delicious! But I loved our server even more. Her name was Dawn. She was so funny and quirky and made our time there even more memorable. Overall one of favorite places we have stayed at.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for enjoying the Falls and nearby attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered an incredible view that made the experience even more memorable. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the property felt welcoming and relaxing. What really stood out during our visit was the outstanding customer service. The front desk team was extremely helpful and professional at every interaction. They answered all of our questions, provided great recommendations for the area, and made check-in and check-out quick and stress-free. It truly felt like they cared about making our stay enjoyable. The valet team also deserves special recognition. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and always greeted us with a smile. Their positive attitude and quick service made coming and going from the hotel so easy and convenient. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip.

My family and I have have gone to this hotel many times when it was called Embassy suites and they would offer continental breakfast and also offer complementary evening reception now that they have rebranded to Hyatt Regency they do not offer this. And also they had 2 bottle of water in the room but if the water was used they would charge you 3 dollars per bottle. The hotel overall is clean, the staff are very helpful and kind, it easy check in and check out, for parking you have many options. They also have have a pool and 2 hottubs, and gym which is nice and clean. I believe they also have laundry amenities. It close to the falls and if you booked fallsview room there is no obstruction to the view of the falls and you can also enjoy the fireworks from your room.

Staff was not helpful with luggage carts. Would not let us use carts they used for paying customers even caused us a 30 minute wait for a house cart. Food choices were slim and well overpriced so we chose to eat elsewhere. Will not bring our convention here.

Everything was ok. Room was ok and clean. Carpet looked dirty. My son got hurt in the pool From the mosaic tile that was not in properly. I guess the safety check before the pool opened up to public was not assessed. My son had a big cut while swimming on his right foot when he stood up while swimming and put his foot down.he got cut from the tile in the pool. It still healing very slowly. We told the attendant right away . They brought the safety person but nothing was done or told to us. No one called our room or even manager to apologize. I met some old manager in the line while waiting at checkout. He was talking to other guest then he came towards me and asked you want to check out I said yes I want to tell them something that happen but he didn’t even ask and said ok. Not happy with customer service . I told the customer service the situation . I think they should have given some kind of discount or anything but just simply said sorry and didn’t even ask if my son is ok. He has taken two days off now from school. Not sure what to rate now after this experience. I will certainty go to marriot which we always go to in future.

The room was clean, and the service was excellent. I took my 87-year-old mother on a trip and wanted her to be able to see the waterfall view directly from our room. The manager on duty that day arranged for us to have the room with the clearest view of the waterfall—at a price that fit my budget. I was very impressed and will definitely return whenever I have a chance

Egg breakfast was not good. Elevators took long. I thought I was stuck on 22nd floor had to run down few flights to catch my tour on time. The bell men were absolutely wonderful and great room and view. Also nice location.

Repeat stay at this luxurious hotel and the service, cleanliness, amenities and food quality were consistently top notch. Very helpful and courteous staff. Newly renovated rooms were super comfortable and spacious with a fabulous view overlooking the Falls and firework display. Would definitely stay here again. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

Newly renovated rooms were beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The view of the Falls from our room was awesome! Staff was very competent, friendly, accommodating and helpful. This property is up to par with any high end hotel I have stayed at in the world. Had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and would recommend both as food quality and service was excellent!
