Needs serious attention to cleanliness

Stayed for one night and couldn’t wait to leave. The bathroom was not clean, and overall, the hotel could seriously benefit from a major overhaul in cleanliness-starting with retraining or reshuffling the cleaning staff. The level of filth was shocking. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, which was disappointing for the times we’re in. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was decent. But honestly, the lack of cleanliness overshadowed everything.

We had the king size bed, in the tower with river view and you could see the American falls from the large windows. Beautiful and right beside the casino. Older building, could use some updating.

A good stay

Room was good, its not fancy but offered what we needed. Bed was very comfortable. For the money, you can't go wrong. Can walk across the street to casino. Well stocked continental breakfast. EV charger for our Equinox was a plus for sure.
