After waiting 5 min at registration for someone to appear, the stay improved from there Though small, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable Attached restaurant was very good with reasonable prices Location was also very good and the included parking was a bonus Overall, would certainly consider this hotel for future visits to Niagra on the Lake

They charged me an extra $50 for checking in early when the room was available and ready. In all of my travels around the world I have never been asked to pay extra when the room was ready and available. This is a money grab in my opinion. Plus the rooms need a refresh.

Staff was very helpful and responsive. Parking lot is convenient but does not have a ramp to the door making it difficult to bring rolling luggage into the building but the front entrance has a ramp. Our room was generally clean but is a bit worn with some loose wallpaper. Everything worked, was comfortable and quiet.

The location is wonderful for walking to the stores and restaurants and is minutes from the theater. Apparently, I misunderstood the advertising and was disappointed to learn that breakfast was not included in our room cost of over $350 per week night.

Beautiful small hotel - only 30 rooms. Small parking lot on premises. Rental bikes available on site. Restaurant on premises. Easily walkable to shopping or parks. Staff very friendly with small treat on check in. Right across from Shaw Theatre so very convenient. Nice jet tub in room (unfortunately didn't work but will try again if we come back).

A very nice hotel stay, kind and friendly staff and very convenient. There is a restaurant on site, they have a reasonable breakfast special, and coffee is available in the room and in the guest lobby lounge. There is no gym or pool on site, but they have "partnered" with other hotels for access, but not free it seems. We had a club room that was stair access only (we knew ahead) which was located in a separate building but still connected to the parking lot. A nice room, Jacuzzi and shower, cast-able tv, and Nespresso. Unfortunately the bed wasn't our favourite, we didn't sleep many hours per night as it was relatively still and pillows weren't so great. I would still say I had a lovely stay, but I guess the beautiful weather also helped! Very kind staff for sure.
