I stayed at this Hotel as my Sister said it was a hiddem gem, I was hesitant to book at first, however, I can honestly say I am so plessed I did. It is a lovely Hotel with friendly & welcoming staff. The room was nicely decorated, large enough for 1 person, I booked a few little extra's on the pre booking form which was placed in my room prior to check in. Great location & there is a great bakery next door which does tasty Baguettes, Biscuits Pizza & French Pastries (Moulin de Flòr). 15-20 minute walk to NiceVille station/shopping centre. Lots of takeaways nearby the hotel & boutiques.

Room and location were fine..no complaint. Major issue is check-in process. Was requested to complete registration before arrival. After numerous attempts, i gave up, assuming i could checkin on arrival. However, upon arrival I was told to checkin/register on my phone, even after I told her the system didnt work! After demonstrating my futile attempts..she grudingly agreed there was a system issue. Then she decided it was my phone and proceeded to use her phone...even she struggled. After more than 30 minutes..we finally checked in! There should have been a manual way to checkin when system is not working. I was asked by mgt about the check in..it was explained that the system was to provide "autonomy" . Thats fine, but human and manual proedures need to be in place when the system doesn't work. Front door and room entry all require a 6 digit code. I saw other parties struggling with check in and opening doors. Hotel is aggravating, in its effort to be autonomous

Staff were very nice and the “honesty bar” was a nice touch. We didn’t have breakfast but we could take the remaining items in the afternoon for free with coffee and tea for free as well in the common area which had a great vibe. On our last day there was free wine tasting as well. But the room was not as comfortable as we expected unfortunately. The building is pretty old and not renovated recently so you can smell it being old. Mattress was not very comfortable and there was some dust everywhere which I guess is normal in an old building. We had a good time here especially because of the common area and staff, but the rooms need to be more comfortable. There was also no phone in the room and the room was too small for us.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everyone, from reception to breakfast and housekeeping, was warm, polite, and kind. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Nice, yet the rooms were remarkably quiet every night.

Ideal location right next to iconic Hotel Negresco. Charming rooms and delicious breakfast. The outdoor patio is a good place to have coffee or read a book. 7 min walk from the beach.

Good and convenient.

Super nice front desk, gave me a room that was easy to access given all the luggage I had. The only thing was the air conditioner in my room looked dusty and had a smell to it. Otherwise, the hotel was simple and spacious and convenient. Nothing luxurious but good enough. Room was clean too. Friendly staff.

This was a nice retreat. Very convenient to city center and old town. Very walkable. The staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Comparing this property to others during our trip, the value was excellent, and the staff were the best.

Very cute hotel close to the beach and old town. My daughters loved the smart TV so they could stream shows and movies. The room is small but comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is one block from the Negresco hotel where we went to the bar to have a drink. Simple hotel but comfortable for the price.
