Cute and conveniently located. Friendly staff. Air conditioning in the rooms was suboptimal, especially during the hot summer days we were there.

The hotel is well located. Check in and out was easy Front desk personnel were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming! Alex was the best! He provided great customer service. My room was OK though. It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable! But it needs updating. Overall it was a good experience. Would I come back? If the price is right, yes. Oh! And there is noice outside the hotel. I didn’t have one of the interior rooms. That is the con of staying near restaurants and shops. I didn’t mind bc I chose location. So if you want a very quiet place, this is not it. But again, I chose it bc of location. The noise ended past midnight, so it wasn’t that bad.

The property was clean and centrally located. I thought some of the fixtures and fittings were tired and felt the price of our room €200 a night was expensive. We had a ‘window’ that opened into a light shaft which was covered in cigarette butts and no real natural light. I imagine a better stay if you have an outward facing room.

Hotel Suède was comfortable, clean ,had friendly staff and was excellently located in a very central part of nice close to really good, shops, restaurants and bars. It was also not far far from the harbour and close to all amenities. I thoroughly recommend this hotel

The location is the best in Nice. Literally right in the middle of the best of Old Town Nice. Half a block from the bakery with the best chocolate croissants and baguette on the planet. Hotel staff was amazingly nice & helpful. The red carpet is as ugly as it comes. The shower pedestal causes repeated stubbed toes even through you know it’s there. The mattress could have been better, but then again it could have been worse. All in all the place was good enough for the price.

The hotel is exellent and very central, on the corner of the pedestrian area, full of restaurants and shops.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The room was very clean. I would gladly return.

Front desk staff were courteous and professional. The hotel is located in the heart of the shopping district just steps from great restaurants and shops. Top marks all round!!

The location for exploring Nice was excellent. 50 yards from restaurants for breakfast or lunch or dinner. 200 yards from the promenade Anglais. 300 yards from the old town. Easy to get to trains, buses and trams The hotel room was comfortable although we had a minor issue with the shower. The hotel does breakfast (good choices) at 20 euro but breakfast is available nearby for half. The reception was always friendly and arranged for our taxi to the airport (40 euro).

Excellent location, staff, overall experience

Absolutely amazing location, so close to the beach. We had a small balcony to sit on in the evening and look out at the busy streets and stunning architecture. The staff at Hotel Suede were very kind and helpful, gave us tips about where to eat and what to see. I think Nice is the best place I’ve ever visited, and this was a very affordable hotel to stay at. Will definitely recommend this location to friends and be back again!
