I spent a week here in July 2025. The people were very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the location is so nice, so walkable. We didn’t do the breakfast, but it looked really good. I would definitely choose to return someday.

Very clean hotel, comfortable room, excellent dining on same block- there are 3 Michelin rated restaurants on this very block. Staff was very courteous and promptly checked us in. Super happy with this hotel.

I had a short stay in Nice and this was perfect for a quiet night's sleep w/ AC in the heat of summer. The staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived late in the evening. I initially found street parking but realized I got lucky when I needed to look for parking on day 2 - I recommend Grimaldi garage which is a short walk from the hotel. Everything is 5-10 walk - including the ocean. And though it's on the lower level - the breakfast was really perfect. This hotel may not have all the bells an whistles for a luxury stay - but if you are just looking for great service, clean, convenient and nice breakfast - all for a great price in the high season, I highly recommend. I really value my sleep - and often find even high end places to be noisy. I didn't hear anything at all and slept like a rock.

We stayed there one night before taking our flight from the airport. This is a great choice. You are downtown and two blocks from the beach. Plenty of options for eating. Personal was very friendly. The breakfast is served downstair but plenty of options.

Good property located to a lot of food. You can walk everywhere and there’s a mall near by. If you forget anything from your travel then hit the mall up for all your needs. People are generally friendly and will help you. The beach is super close as well. Max 15 min walk

This place is just way more dismal than the photos suggest...thankfully we only stayed one night. The room was small and sad, with a very noisy in the wall A/C unit that kept going off and on all night. The only plus was a clean and efficient bathroom, but that wasn't enough. Overpriced for what you get. Not recommended.

Excellent location. Upbeat staff. Rooms were always made early. Opportunity for improvement would be better STORAGE, larger wardrobe (that could hang dresses, coats, etc.) larger bedside tables with drawers, more towels, slip proof mats for showers (I actually fell in the shower), table for coffee was far too low.

The rooms were incredibly small and whenever the door to the bathroom was a little bit open, you could not for the life of you open the front door because there was a jam. Everything else was clean with some mold present in the bathroom
