The location is not great, far from city center, but close to airport. Unfortunately, you have to take a ramp to even get to the elevator or carry your bag up the stairs, which is not so easy with heavy luggage. The reception is on the 6th floor and is a just a desk in the middle of a hallway infront of elevators. Very busy area. Otherwise rooms are clean, but bathroom is part of the room ( not a separate room), and the mattress is very hard. It is clean and the staff are very nice, but that’s about all!

Very clean, comfortable bed, hot luxurious shower, lovely linen sheets and warm lighting. Helpful kind staff. Tasty breakfast buffet for additional charge. Only a 6 minute walk from the airport, and I felt safe walking at 10pm when I landed. Definitely would stay again!

Super easy to get to airport in morning and right next to 5 min tram to airport that runs every 10 minutes. Also right next to tram or train station to downtown Nice. Clean and nice staff too

Great value for the price. You can walk to NCE airport in 10 minutes. Wifi is fast. Rooms are small, but clean and well-deaigned. Walls are a bit thin. Only downside is that you're not near the city center, but you can always bike, uber or take the train there within 20 minutea. A good place to stay the night before an outbound flight or if youre traveling on a budget.
