Hilton was great about adjusting our travel dates due to a winter storm back home. Jayden at the front desk was stellar and our room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic and the location excellent. It will be good to get the other pool open soon as the pool complex as it stands now lags behind the other Palm Beach hotels, as does the quality/value of the pool bar. Overall we had a very good stay!

I paid for an Ocean view room. I was disappointed that our room was so set back AND the bed was on the opposite wall. I would have loved to wake up to a view, instead, I woke up to a wall everyday.

The staff did an excellent job cleaning and stocking the rooms. The towels had a lovely clean smell and the shampoo, shower gel and lotion from Crabtree were lovely. Our waiter at The Laguna, Alex was amazing. He remembered us from day to day anticipated our needs and gave us wonderful advice and information about the island. Staff is excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great beach. You can reserve palapas for as little as $30/day. It’s a large resort (and we were there for Christmas week) and it never felt crowded. Never hasd to wait more than minute or 2 for a breakfast table.
