Such a lovely stay. The whole staff (every role ) were amazing. They all worked so hard over Christmas. We didnt want to leave. Will definitely be going back. Loved it.

Rude staff on front desk, very unhelpful & patronising. Noisy rooms and always a loud / late party or wedding going on every time i stay here. Smelly rooms and just a very sad experience.

Helpful staff and comfortable bed. Not a bad distance from Norwich City if you fancy a walk in. Breakfast was OK but could be better. We had a wedding on the day we stayed that we were not informed of, however, music was off by 12.

Nice friendly and efficient check-in, likewise breakfast staff.
Great second stay at Oaklands. Had a few wifi issues which caused some disruption for me as i was there for business, but apart from that the experience was everything i needed it to be. Looking forward to the third stay next month.
