Room no frills but all working. Breakfast good, but expensive. Check out time is 10am. COVID restrictions have been lifted so check out time should be 11am 0again. Are the room cleaners not as efficient as pre-COVID.

Breakfast good.No remote control for the TV in the room and could not supply one. TV did work however, just had to get all the time to change the chaneL. Room price was expensive.

Only could BBC channels on TV. No easy chair in bedroom. Pillow case ripped. One hand towel had a big rip in it. Tap was dripping. Toilet handle loose. Curtains hanging off on one window. Wardrobe full of cobwebs. Didn't see the spiders though! Bed was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast good, but only one server and alot of things need to be replenished and had to ask.

Some lounges eere closed. Bedroom was fine. Breakfast under pressure as supervisor was not in. Alot of items were running out. No fruit juice.

Checkout time is 10am still. Pre COVID-19 lockdown was 11am. Went to breakfast at 09:05 Massive queues. Not seated until 09:35. After waiting for some items of food - finished by 10:15. Insisted with reception that my checkout was extended to 11am. Reluctantly agreed , but could I be possibly out by 10:45 as housekeeping couldn't get into rooms to clean as everyone was still at breakfast! When I returned my key there was some people been served breakfast due to the queues/delay. Some management decisions need here...

Brand new carpets in the lounges & bar. Much needed. Beautifully fitted. Small historic Dysart lounge was been used a storage area when I was staying. I love that lounge as it so quiet and is one of the few areas for free internet access in the hotel. So disappointing that the hotel has used this a storage area. It is a beautiful room. A poor management decision & need to rectify this as quickly as possible.
