The bayfront building features an outdoor pool and a designated area for fishing and crabbing, making it a favorite for both relaxation and recreation. Located on the 3rd floor, the condo overlooks the canal and includes a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, two TVs, DVD player, and central A/C. Priced right, this unit books quickly. A coin-operated laundry room is available in the building for tenant use. Boat docks are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with advance payment and registration required—$75 weekly or $50 for the weekend. The unit includes parking for one car, is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.
