Phone didn’t work, but the room was quiet. The restaurant food was good but limited. Staff was very accommodating and friendly along with a clean facility and room.

The building is outdated, and the key cards wouldn’t stay magnetized, which was frustrating. Breakfast cost extra and wasn’t anything special. The TV may have been HD, but the picture quality was so poor it was hard to tell. My room had a large handicap-accessible shower that leaked water all over the bathroom floor, leaving our socks and feet wet every time we walked in to use the restroom. The hotel sits right by the interstate, so there was constant noise from ambulances and cars blasting music throughout the night. Overall, there wasn’t anything impressive about the property, and the beds were uncomfortable. I wasn’t very happy with the stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They were also very accommodating to our 11yr old. The pool and Hot Tub were clean and in great condition. Paige in particular was very nice and helpful when extending our stay an extra night. She got me the best possible deal and made sure I received my rewards!

Hot tub and pool were great! Our kids loved it!! Our room was nice and the shower pressure was great! It was the perfect location for our trip to the Zoo. Loved having a first floor room close to the exit door, made it fast and easy to unload and load our luggage. Our room was right across from the pool which was super convenient! Hotel staff made checking in and out so easy! We would definitely stay here again!
