The staff is absolutely amazing! However, consider redoing your parking lot! You can barely fit a car in the parking spots. Trying to park a family vehicle is near impossible!

The booking was made in mistake by me. Got to the property one day early. Manager said he responded to you with ok to refund. Either I have been lied too or Expedia not following through. After using Expedia a great deal over past two years for cars, hotels and airfare I guess I will not be using your service again. Thanks for nothing here

Unfortunately the only great thing about this hotel was the Waterpark/pool. The rooms were not very clean. The mattress on the pull out couch was a joke, my child slept on the couch instead. They didn't have water bottles to purchase and their water fountain/ bottle fillers filter was expired. The breakfast is your standard hotel buffet for $15!!/person. No hair dryer in the rooms. They must need new windows because you could hear every single thing outside. I only recommend this place if you're going for a couple days with children who will need to burn off energy at the Waterpark.

Water park was very slippery daughter fell 4 times and scrapped her foot pretty bad. Online says complimentary breakfast but it’s not its $15 an adult $11 per kid. Overly expensive for a bad experience. Do not recommend especially for young kids

The hot tub was just another pool. It wasn’t even warm. They made us check in an hour late because the “rooms weren’t ready”. When we asked to talk to the manager the manager was extremely rude. We almost missed our dinner reservation because we couldn’t get into our room until 5:30pm when check in was at 4.
