Step into your comfort zone in this lovely three-bedroom, three-bath penthouse overlooking the dazzling sights of the shoreline. The sleeping arrangements for eight people include a king, queen and two double beds. For convenience the living area has a wet bar with ice machine. Each room in Regency Isle PH1109 is furnished with tile floors and eye-catching decor. This ideal spot for coastal comfort will no doubt sooth your soul.

Things to Know
Construction is underway on the outside wall coating project. (South balconies should not be affected before January.) When the southside (balcony-side) portion of the project commences, outdoor furniture must be temporarily moved inside the vacation rental. Noise and minor inconveniences can be expected.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The view from the dining table and balcony were great! the furniture is updated, new pics should be added! The coffee pot is regular not for k-cups fyi. Huge master bath with jets is really nice.We enjoyed the sauna, indoor pool, outdoor hottub. 10 out of 10!

Complex and beach were great. Condo was as basic as it could be. Cheap furniture, worn out mattresses, minimal stocked kitchen, etc. I've stayed at much better places at same complex for same or less price.

Last minute birthday getaway

The property itself was great, but our unit was dirty. The icemaker was filthy and never produced any ice. The refrigerator light and drawer were broken and areas and the condo were not clean. The furniture was very uncomfortable and a lot of the bedding was missing.

We like this complex, so that’s why we chose to stay here again. If there were other options available, I probably wouldn’t choose this condo again. It was not as clean as I would have liked and definitely needs some updating and repairs. Ice maker in mini bar did not work, master bathroom plug had holes around it and master shower wasn’t clean and is outdated. I didn’t go in the other bathrooms. The furniture has been changed from the photos. It was comfy enough, just a different arrangement. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and washer/dryer worked well. The best thing about the condo was the 2 reserved parking spots right by the elevator! The ocean water was perfect while we were there and the beach wasn’t too crowded, so that made the stay great! This isn’t a bad condo- just needs more attention to detail when cleaning and some updates

Nice but not great

There were some nice things about the condo. The beds were clean, plenty of TP, hand soap, hot water. I loved the window looking over the beach. But, there’s quite a lot that needs to be improved. The floors were sandy and sticky when we arrived. The lights in the living room and dining area are so dim you can’t see to read at night. The couch had stains. The faucet in kitchen sprayed water. The fixtures are worn and had some rusty spots. The paint was chipped. There was limited cooking/baking equipment like no measuring cups and spoons. No hair dryer. No tea pitcher. Strangely, the paintings are hung about 8-10 feet from the floor. The unit was pretty basic and needs refurbishment and attention.
