I am formally documenting my complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Due to the unacceptable conditions and level of service experienced, I will never book a room at this property again.

1. Severe hygiene deficiencies throughout the premises and inside the guest room.
2. Unprofessional and ineffective customer service, with repeated failures to resolve basic issues.
3. Trash and debris present in common areas, including elevators and corridors.
4. Non-functioning television, which required service intervention and then failed again the following day.
5. Shower missing a curtain, making proper use impossible.
6. No bath towels provided upon check-in.
7. No facial soap provided.
8. Empty shampoo container, despite requesting replenishment, which was never provided.
9. Due to serious hygiene concerns, I was forced to purchase my own bed sheets to avoid sleeping directly on hotel bedding.
10. Insects present on the bedside table, resulting in the disposal of all snacks and beverages.
11. False and misleading advertising, as the images displayed on your website bear no resemblance to the actual condition of the property.
This experience was wholly unacceptable, particularly for a business traveler expecting basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism. The conditions encountered fall significantly below reasonable hospitality and service expectations.
