Upon arrival we had to wait about a half hour as there was no desk agent on duty. When they arrived, he was very nice. The main elevator is super shaky and literally drops about a foot when it gets to your floor. Talk about having a heart attack!!! They never told us there was another one! Breakfast was great!!

Orlando Trip

For the initial two days out of the 5, service was excellent. After that, we didnt receive any room service for two days in a row, had to verbally request with staff for toilet paper and towels. On one of the occasions, staff was rude then the following different staff member was friendly. The elevators were really shifty, felt unsafe and shook a lot. On our final night, the main elevator was out of service constantly opening and closing. Great for price, not that much variety for breakfast, if youre needing to be in the area for convention center, great spot. Otherwise, its a bit inconvenient to location of some spots like Sanford Airport

Disappointing for a Hilton brand

Dia was amazing the whole stay and a wonderful way to begin and end our trip with her beautiful smile. She was as helpful as she could be but some things just can’t be controlled. The amount of people, not just kids, mind you, adults and kids who talk loudly or let their kids run down the halls is truly appalling. The noise started at 1115pm and was all quite quiet until 5AM. To top it off, there was an unwelcome “visitor” last night in the form of a roach in the bathroom. In all my years, have never seen a roach in a hotel room I have stayed in. A there’s have said much of everything else: For Hilton, it’s disappointing, especially not Continental breakfast, the rooms are small compared to other Hilton properties. Would we stay again, not a chance.

Older hotel in suspect area

Our window to the outside was cracked. The door quit working and you could not get in. Thank goodness we had adjoining rooms or we would have been stuck. Front desk said they had to replace the battery. Overall condition and surrounding of the hotel was not good. This is not the staff. Front desk was great and super friendly.

Once and Done

It was too basic of a room. The room had no glasses, and I obtained coffee cups from the breakfast area to drink from (I did check with the front desk, and they confirmed only the coffee cups were available). I had to go to the front desk to get an ice bucket; shouldn't that be a standard item in the room? The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom appeared outdated, and the furniture looked like basic put-together furniture that was coming apart in our room. The elevator was very "jerky" when it stopped at our floor; it was a bit scary. Overall, I would not go back to this hotel.

Good Hotel near Orange County Convetion Center

Overall a good hotel. Clean and comfortable, the rooms are simple but provide everything you may need. If you’re needing to head to Orange County Convention Center is easily walkable provided the weather is nice. Roughly 7-15 minutes walking depending on your pace. The continental breakfast is simple but suffices. Staff are helpful and it’s a nice quiet area of Orlando.
