Buenas tardes la estadía fue imposible en el hotel las camas y el 8 instalaciones está en mál estado, razón por la cual nos tocó cambiar de hotel y pagar en otro lugar. Adicionalmente a esto la persona en la recepción de noche fue grosera y nos dijeron que no era problema de ellos y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Me parece que el trato y las instalaciones no estan de acuerdo a lo que contratamos por est razón y teniendo en cuenta que no se utilizo la habitación solicito un reembolso por favor Adjunto pruebas de las habitaciones en mal estado

Restaurant next door has excellent Colombian food. Front desk staff of main hotel was friendly and helpful. I didn't realize this was a hostel shared room situation, so it was a big (bad) surprise. Bathroom in room was not very clean and only 1 bath/toilet for 6 people. No amenities (towels, soap). Okay if you expected shared room, but still a bit cramped. Surrounding hotel nice enough, pool, bbq, laundry.

Very bad service, the conditions of sharing a room were very bad, insects and dirt in the facilities. I had to change to another single room and pay more money than I paid for the reservation. They do not change the beds or towels. From 0 to 10 I rate -10

Its very close to the airport. There is limited toiletry. Your roommate can show up at anytime of the day or night to stat. God forbid if you get the top bunk. This is not good for adults. There was a roach walking up and down the wall all night. There was a very moldly smell that was covered up. Previous guests had stuff still left in the bathroom. Just couldn't sleep in this type of place. Just why???

1. Please specify that bposhtels is rented rooms out of a motel. I was looking for a buiding that didn't exist. 2. Having decorative pillows on the bed for a hostel is unhygienic. All white bedding is better. 3. The cockroaches!!! I have videos of cockroaches in the beds, doors, microwaves, A/C unit and one was crawling on my shoe.

I would never recommend going here. It is highly unclean. It's not safe. There is no drinking water. The breakfast is just waffles and that too, the batter sometimes was foul smelling. The staff were never friendly. Even if it costs a few extra dollars, please stay elsewhere. This hostel is seriously a waste of money.
