my stay was good , everything was clean but when i walked in the bathroom there were big cockroaches but there was like a hole behind the toilet which is maybe where they came from and the room was very warm when I walked in so that could be a reason also. Check in service was great simple easy.. it was like rust around the fridge it’s not the best but it’s not the worst the room is comfy and large very spacious with a desk I had a king size bed room and they allowed me to choose what floor and where my room faced. The hotel is right in the best area of international with icon park being directly across the street so there is a lot to see and do. I would say 7/10!

Beds super uncomfortable with dated box springs and bedding had holes in it. Rooms are run down with lots of property damage (peeling paint, peeling doors, cracked tile, dirty carpet). AC sounded like a train going through the room. I stay in cheap hotels often, and I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel, but this one was terrible. I won’t book again.

I reserved this room for my mother. I was with her at check in. The employee upon check in was uninterested / disassociated / vacant minded. Upon walking to her room they had a large area that they stored broken a/c’s. Very dangerous. The room was bad as well. Parts of the walls had noticeable damage as well as the doors. The toilet was at least a foot away from the wall which made the bathroom awkward. When checking out the employee would not allow me to check out. Spoke extremely low while being incoherent and possibly intoxicated on a substance. My mother is ada and I feel like they made a game out of her presence. If I can I will attach pictures

Termites!!

There was termites all over. I had food and when I got home I went to heat it up and they were all in my meal. I threw it out and now brought termites inside my home and vehicle.

The room was very unsanitary, Bed frame rusted, Mattress Hard uncomfortable and makes squeaky noise when turning in your sleep, sofa bed was dirty and smelled like mildew, also when I opened the sofa bed the Mattress was very old ripped up with stains and Blood stains as well. I have pictures to prove!!! Also the TV not working with No Signal at all…I will never stay there Again or, recommend anyone to book at that Hotel!!!!

Wonderful for our little family with a small child! Staff was helpful and accommodating when we needed extra bedsheets due to our baby. Room was clean and comfortable as well. Overall a great experience
