The laundry room doesn't exist. The washers and dryers are gone. The central elevator doesn't work. Some staff seem genuinely unenthused with life or something. Aside from that, the room was decently clean. There was a working fridge and microwave. If you're in town and looking for a cheap place to stay, this will work. It's not a five star resort, but it's fairly quiet, and a this place to get some sleep.

Cristal at the front desk is truly amazing along with Gabriela. The rooms had roaches I had to move 3 times. There's a water leak from the sink in the bathroom coming none stop in room 220 which I reported. I was deceive by the website that stated washer and dryer in the facility which was fale. Deposit waiver as well amenities fee waived as long you from different states or county. The company has misrepresented themselves. I would truly appreciate to obtain the full $85.80 along with two days out of the 4 days stay. Which comes to $109.28 plus the $85.80 a subtotal of $195.08 would be greatly appreciated.
