When I arrived at check in I was told that I had only reserved for 1 night. After showing my Expedia reservation that was paid in full I was told they will see what they could do as I (meaning me) made a mistake when booking the reservation. This was extremely upsetting as it was 8:00 PM and what was I supposed to do. Apparently, the Manager in the back had to become involved (never came out front) and they out of courtesy, gave me a room for my full stay. This never should have happened and they should not have treated me as though I did something wrong as it was on their end. The reservation clearly stated 4 4-night stay paid in full and I called the night before to check on the reservation and it was confirmed.

Had an awesome experience there my mother is 84 she had a great time the only thing that was very uncomfortable was the mattress in the pull out sofa staff are extremely friendly and accommodating pools clean resort clean accessibility excellent we joined the time share we loved it so much and so many resorts threw out the nation extremely pleased see you soon love it

Our suite was very attractive with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean as well. The pool and 2 restaurants on the premises were great as we did not have to leave the resort to have meals.

We’ve stayed here in the past without an issue but this time around we ran into several issues. The first was that the primary suite smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and the toilet kept running. Because we didn’t check in until 1:00 AM and had already schleped up all of our belongings and food for the week, we decided to wait until we had slept before requesting a room change. The next morning, management sent maintenance and housekeeping to our suite and advised that they had reserved us a new suite for us to move into (in the same building for convenience,) and that we could move when we finished our day at the park. When we got in that evening, management kindly moved us to a new suite but it was in a different building which required us to repack our family of 4 with a weeks worth of food and carry it over to the new tower at night. Also, we were contacted by someone claiming to be from the “front desk” telling us we needed to get our pool key since we checked in late. I worried and worried about this only to find out there was no such thing. It’s a gimmick they use to try to convince you to do the timeshare presentation. There is no separate pool key. The other smaller issues we encountered were that there was only one USB outlet, no iron or ironing board, and quite frankly, the resort is really showing its age and is really dated. Again, these are smaller issues. All said, the rooms were clean and the beds were somewhat comfortable. It was a good value.

We liked the resort, but the timeshare sellers are extremely annoying. They told us you had to have certain arm bands to use the swimming pools and this was absolutely untrue. Not only did they run us down in the lobby, they called our room trying to get us back to the lobby for a timeshare presentation.

Anniversary trip.

Grounds were beautiful! Loved the pools and the lazy river. The empanadas, tropical drinks and pizza were great! We were dropped off up front during a rainstorm by our uber driver. The staff said they couldn’t give us a ride in the golf cart or van to tower 6. We were forced to run over in the pouring rain! The place was very clean! Could use another restaurant or bar in the main lobby!

We spent 2 nights. the rooms are spacious, but the lighting in the room was dull. We went to a park of the day we were in Orlando. The big problem was the property spent the entire time trying to get me to attend a half day presentation. Other than that very satisfied.

Our stay was generally good, but we did experience a few issues. Communication was difficult at times, which made it frustrating to request essential items. On one occasion, I gave up on a call after repeated miscommunication, which left us without soap for the shower. When we first arrived, our flight was late, and we stopped at the small shop just before closing to pick up some essentials. Unfortunately, the staff member was rude, even though we still had seven minutes before closing. For the price of the stay, I expected a higher level of customer service—especially when guests arrive late and need basic necessities. During our trip, we also had difficulty finding and using the inner tubes for floating, as it wasn’t clearly explained. Additionally, the bathrooms were stocked with very little soap and body wash, and we ran out partway through our stay. Finally, my mother-in-law’s room had only one very dim lamp, which made it difficult for her to see comfortably. I checked myself and agreed that better lighting should have been provided. Overall, while we enjoyed parts of our stay, these issues affected the overall experience.
