The stay itself was great. The rooms outdated, flooring was nice. It was clean but outdated, for a quick one night stay and price, was totally worth it. Would stay again

The IHOP restaurant is ridiculosly overpriced and the only choice in the immediate area. Stairs were dirty and full of cigarette buts but the rooms were clean, yet a little on the aged side. Beds were comfortable and good quality, and rooms were good size for the price and clean.

I only stayed for one night and it was a great stay! With an amazing price, our bed was clean & comfortable, quiet room, even when it is 1st floor, near parking lots and the pool! The front desk staff are nice and the location is close to all of Orlando’s hot spots. Please remember to be kind to the hotel staff ❤️

Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable, beds were fine, and fridge was larger than expected (which was very helpful in our case). It is definitely a budget hotel, as the room was not very big; the fitness center is just an exercise bike and a treadmill and one weight machine; etc. But it served its purpose beautifully, which was to provide us a place to sleep and store our stuff, and we are quite happy with what we got for what we paid.
