The air conditioner was a bit difficult to turn off. The parking is ridiculous, and when you go to the night staff to state there is no parking,her response was well it's a first come basis like what? I have a 5 days stay

Check in was easy. Kevin was courteous and helpful. That day they were testing the fire alarms til 4pm. I suggest testing alarms between 11am-1pm as to avoid disrupting guests as much as possible. The sound was really awful and rang about 4 times in the 3 o'clock hour. I was trying to make phonecalls. Tried sitting in the car. Eventually left early for dinner to avoid the noise. Room was clean and comfortable, except the bottom of the tub, which was a bit slick with either cleaner or soap scum. The tv kept going out, but that happens at home too. We would stay again regardless because of location and price.

The place was nice, well kept, and the AC works well. The only complaint I have is that it's right next to the highway, which means all manner of beeps, sirens and music will make it to your room. It's not the fault of the hotel, but it still needs to be said.

We enjoyed our stay for one night. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and bed was comfortable. The convenient location allowed us to be able to walk to convention center rather than dealing with parking or traffic going to and from. Would definitely stay again.

For the price it was fine. Room was musty smelling… so we used a glade plug in for the night. You could hear everything outside and the alarm beeped a few times and woke us up but didn’t fully go off. Front desk staff were super nice and helpful.
