The property was well maintained. The staff was attentive and helpful. Anything I requested was granted including early check in, late check out, and holding my luggage. The room was beautiful, clean, and unique. Plenty of room for relaxing and even inviting some friends in town to come over and hang out before going out. Beautiful property. Room could use a deep clean.

The room was in need of a deep clean. The bathroom was small and oddly shaped, you basically had to stand up against the toilet to open the door. There were piles of dust behind bed table which I needed to access for an outlet as there were not many accessible. The property was beautiful and check in was easy. The pool area was also beautiful and the store had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

Dated resort

Resort is tired, stayed many years ago and everything is very much the same. Rooms are spacious, but had issues with faulty appliances. Rooms were not cleaned well. Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms.

Pools were beautiful, the cafe by the pools and on main level were fantastic, staff were profession, so friendly and kind, food was excellent! Room itself was a bit underwhelming (Warwick), but pool and the rest made up for it!
