Staff was very welcoming upon our arrival. We enjoyed our clean, comfortable room. We had a very early flight out of MCO the following day, so we missed breakfast. Make sure you book early for the free hotel shuttle to the airport, as it books up quickly.

The hotel was clean and the gal working at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. Our room was also clean and ready when we checked in early. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The shuttle driver was also very nice and the shuttle was clean which was as refreshing change for the other experiences we have had on other hotel shuttles. It is a great place to stay and we will stay there again when we return to Florida.

Front desk staff was very rude. I had a special request, and had to speak to 4 different people to have the request honored. The front desk was dismissive and condescending because they did not let me explain the situation before they decided I was wrong about what I was asking for. Rooms are ok, parking lot is sketchy, and the pool is quite small. Not a great way to end vacation.
