Property is beautiful and clean. Breakfast is ok and staff are friendly. My only complaint is the noise inside the hotel, you can hear the people and their children every move next door and above you. I heard random thuds and banging at night which disrupted my sleep. Hopefully this can be improved.

Very good location, nice restaurants across the street CVS is a 3 minute walk. There is a free shuttle to SeaWorld or a $5 Uber ride. Also has a nice pool.

The Hotel advertises that there are ADA lift chairs for the pool. They have them but they do not opwrate amd are in Disrepair. When spoke to the front desk they advised that maintenance would look at them. Stayed at the hotel for a week and the chair was never fixed. I book hotels that allow for me a double amputee to share comfort with my family. I was unable to use the pool with my family. Speaking with the front desk they showed bo urgency to fix the problem or care about my situation.
