The property was very clean in the room and lobby. Breaskfast was excellent. Everything seemed fresh and a great selection. The only problem we had was there was a musty smell in the room.

I booked two rooms for my family bill $717. The rooms were not cleaned. Trash was not emptied. No clean towels when I asked the lady at the front desk. She said it was my responsibility to request. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn express many times our rooms are always cleaned With clean towels and trash out. She said I should’ve called but when we checked in Friday, March 28 they told us that the phones were not working March 29. The phones were still not working March 30. The phones were still not working the elevator on the second floor Did not work. We stood in line with many people with suitcases to come down. There was a lady present in the line and said the elevators haven’t worked in over a month I was very disappointed when you come back from the parks late rooms are dirty and you had to go downstairs cause the phones didn’t work to get towels. This is no way to run a business. I’ve always stayed at Holiday Inn express had many great experiences all over the country, but this in the state that I live in was the worst. I know you had a lot of tour buses. Hopefully they got better service than the Floridian

The bathroom floors need some renovations, but they're not bad. I don't understand why guests have to pay for parking if they stay. I'm a little annoyed about paying for parking when the hotel isn't one of the cheapest.

Very Enjoyable

The hotel was very nice, clean, and conveniently located. The breakfast buffet was definitely a plus. My only complaints are that the room phone didn’t work and the number of television channels available were extremely limited.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean safe environment friendly staff. You could see Magic kingdoms fireworks. They only thing I wanted a standard room with 1 bed but I got the double bed and one of there bed seem like it was about to go any minute. It’s near to a lot of fast food Walmart and restaurant not far from icon park. Amazing view of the lake and surrounding areas. I will definitely stay here again loved it. Another thing on the site it does not tell you it holds $100 for incidental fee and parking on the property to me is too pricey $26 a night is insane for no protection lot but you hold a fee if your property is damage.
