Breakfast was served in disposable cutlery. They didnt even had ceramic cutlery on property. No complementary bottles in the room. Good part - coffee vending machine was available 24*7 and it was good. Free transport to parks had limited options but probably that is an outsourced service.

Very disappointed in the shuttle schedule to the Disney Parks. The schedule was worthless because the times were impossible to get to the parks and back at the required times. We had to pay for parking four days at an added expense of $140.00. after we were informed that shuttle service would be provided to the parks. Please send me a check for $140.00.
