Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We stayed January 02 to 04 2026 in room 302 and had a very bad night. The bathroom was not clean. The shower, in particular, clearly had not been properly cleaned, and there was almost no water coming out of the shower. The water pressure was extremely low, making it very difficult to shower. In addition, the pillowcase was dirty and stained, which was unacceptable. The mattress was also very uncomfortable, as it was sunken in the middle, making it hard to rest properly. Overall, cleanliness and comfort were far below expectations, and this significantly affected our stay.

The house keeping was very irregular. Sometimes they wouldn't put new blankets or towels while taking the old ones. I had to then go to front desk to get myself. Most days the room was not fully clean when we came back. The location is amazing though. Very convenient as well as the room size and amenities.

Éramos 5 pessoas e os quartos atendem bem. Minha sugestão é que o Hotel reponha papel higiênico, detergente, sabão de lavar para máquina de lavar louça sem a gente pedir todos os dias. Também achei desnecessária a cobrança de estacionamento de USD 10 todos os dias. Vários outros hotéis do mesmo porte São de graça. As camas São confortáveis mas o serviço de quarto poderia ser bem melhor.

Cons: Upon check-in, the room was dirty . The staff changed our room, but the new one was even dirtier. We discovered a trash pin containing trash and dirty diapers. The kitchen, which was supposed to be fully equipped, only had a microwave without cooktop/stove so no way to cook. We were on the fourth floor, and the water pressure was extremely low during the morning and night. We complained about the lack of water, but the staff claimed that everyone was using it. The breakfast area was overcrowded, with long lines for breakfast. Many times, the breakfast was cold, and some items were not refilled after being eaten. It was difficult to find a breakfast table. The theme park shuttle was useless. Leaves the hotel late after it opened and returns back early. We didn’t use it. Pros: The location was good. Some breakfast items were good, and the eggs were actual eggs. Coffee was available and free all the time. The pool temperature was excellent at 91 degrees and clean.

The quality of the facilities and the level of service provided were below acceptable standards and impacted the overall quality of my visit. During my stay, I encountered several significant issues regarding the property's condition. The guest room was not adequately cleaned, and I noted that the bathroom fixtures, cabinetry, doors, and corridor carpeting showed significant signs of wear and deterioration. Furthermore, the water supply was unreliable, frequently stopping during use and requiring several minutes to resume. I was also disappointed by the lack of privacy, as room attendants repeatedly entered the room despite explicit instructions to the contrary while my family and I were present. Additionally, I am concerned about elevator safety; the elevators appeared to be in poor mechanical condition, and the posted safety certifications are currently expired. I request that these issues be investigated and addressed immediately. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter and what steps will be taken to improve these conditions for future guests.

The room was okay and spacious and you can watch streaming services from the tv, but our sofa bed didn’t work, the WiFi is terrible, and the breakfast is not good. But the guy at the front desk who checked us in was good and helpful.
