The room was advertised as accommodating six guests but did not provide a sufficient number of pillows. When I requested additional pillows from the front desk, the staff was unprofessional and declined my request. Additionally, the pool was not heated, and I was charged an extra $27 per day for parking, which I found excessive.

The hotel itself was great. However, I was charged the full amount for a properly canceled reservation. In addition, it is nearly impossible to find a direct number for the property, so calling for a refund took way too much time. I will not be returning.

Great rooms, great breakfast, great location. For the price you pay the pool should be heated as the water was numbly cold! Beware of the $27 USD parking per night, I missed that small print when I booked, for 5 nights it added quite the expense.
