Honestly, my wife and I have been coming to your resort for several years now in January/February and absolutely love the hotel and grounds. Unfortunately, this year we rented a car from the SIXT in your lobby and that experience has ruined everything. They gave me a rental agreement with damage to the rear driver side area of the car. It was mentioned to me at pick up and I was told not to worry about that, it is already documented. Upon dropping off the car the employee said “all good” you will get deposit back in 2-3 days. Sign here… 40 minutes later I get an email stating the damage is suddenly new and I am to blame!!! What!!! It’s on the rental agreement. I am now stuck in the northeast having to prove the documented damage on the vehicle was there like they told me it was. They want me to cover the cost of damage done by a previous driver, AND THEY KNOW IT!!!! I won’t be back unfortunately… this experience has completely soured me to the entire establishment. Feels very sneaky and deceptive.. if you are willing to deal with companies that prey on customers I can take my business elsewhere. This won’t be my only review, I’m disgusted

Hotel is extremely overpriced and not made aware of resort fees taxes etc. I also left my coat and glasses because of the way the closet and bathroom door are configured. Called when I got to new hotel a few hours after check in. No coat but will search the room and get back to me by 8am. No call no coat no service. Will not use hotels .com or stay there again. I tried to cancel hotel after purchasing insurance 2 hours after booking because of a bad snowstorm hitting the northeast. I was told if I cancel I would still incur the one night room fee because they have a no cancellation policy. Proving that the insurance is an additional cost with no protection. Very disappointed

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and welcoming — a great first impression after a long day of travel. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the space felt larger than expected for a resort property. Housekeeping kept the room refreshed throughout our stay. The location is excellent — close to Disney, easy access to highways, and still peaceful. Perfect for both theme park adventures and relaxing resort days. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The combination of comfort, amenities, and service makes Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress a top choice in Orlando.

The was mold all over the bathroom. Dust in the ceiling by the air duct. Carpet was so dirty that after my kids walked for some time their feet were black. They charge fees and gratuity right away just from ordering room service. Spoke to a manager and they changed me to a bigger better room. However, the bathroom still had mold and carpet was still leaving your feet black. Terrible experience. I had sore throat every morning and my skin was itching. Everyday, as soon as we left the hotel, hour symptoms disappeared right away. Clearly a sign that every room needs deep disinfectant cleaning. Breakfast was good. I will never stay in a hyatt again. They messed up badly.

The hotel was beautiful and clean however the first staff member Rodrigo that I worked with charged my card 3 different charges resulting in my card being over-charged for three times the nights and fees. I wish I could remember the girls name who fixed everything for me she and Gavin were amazing to get things squared away. This also happened to another friend of mine who was at the same convention that weekend. The hotel itself is wonderful but keep an eye on your charges, I’m 7 days past my stay and that money is still frozen as pending on my account until the hotel accounting department releases the funds which I was told would take 7-10 business days.
