The bartender at Hemisphere’s was terrific. The food at McCoys was delicious. The room was updated and spacious and all of the small details like under bed lighting that automatically came on when I got up from the bed in the middle of the night was great!

Restaurants were way overpriced for food quality. Room was way overpriced consider bland and outdated decor, lights burnt out in rooms and common areas. Balconies blocked from use. Minibar was set to warm and not adjustable, heard multiple others with same complaint. Tables and chairs at pool looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. Poor signage of amenities locations. Rude staff, room cleaning carts always in the hallways.
