Outstanding hotel. We stayed for 1 night before our Disney Cruise and will always use this hotel for that. DCL has a dedicated check-in space for travelers, allowing guests to fully check-in and skip port lines. Great rooms, great food, and great service. Definitely recommend for DCL trips and any other trip, for that matter.

I loved the proximity of the hotel to the airport. Especially being stuck on the tarmac for over an hour waiting for a gate to open. My only critique with the hotel is they should have all 4 elevators operating at the same time. Seems like only 1 moves at a time despite there being 20-30 guests waiting to go up.

Beautiful property. Very nice and clean room. We have a suite, and our own kitchen. The space is is great. Nice check-in staff and easy to find. Parking is difficult, but that’s a minor thing and characteristic of San Francisco. Overall, this is a 10 star property.
