We were on the first floor and the echo from loud voices in the lobby/lounge kept us awake past midnight. It was unlike what we’ve ever experienced at La Quinta. On another note, the lighting in the room and restroom were way too dim.A little depressing & impossible for makeup application.

I had a reservation for a king bed room and the room we were given at first was 2 queens and the room smelled very musty. My fiancee said even standing in the lobby that she could smell the mold and mildew because it was irritating her lungs. The lady at the front desk eventually got us the right room but only apologized at the end and not when I first told her they gave us the wrong room + the smell. Our 2nd room was much better but we found out at the end that one the lamps would not turn off no matter what we did. We had to call the front desk and they said that someone had complained about it before and they thought it was fixed but it obviously was not. The lady on the phone was nice and apologetic and offered to fix it for us by twisting the light bulb which I ended up doing, but it was another inconvenience. The only pros were the bed was very comfortable and breakfast wasn’t bad for being complimentary. Will not be staying here again though
