The property needs improvements. Neither of the two elevators was working, and the room key cards did not function. Breakfast was mostly carbohydrates, with only two types of fruit and frozen eggs. Overall, the staff is generally friendly.

Not impressed, only would stay here as a near last resort, broken elevator, vending machines out of water, doors broken, they said you have to pay for parking but he app wouldn’t work and front desk was unhelpful. Only 2 stars because my room did not have bedbugs which I feared it might.

The room do come with the bare minimum if you pay for a standard room no fridge or microwave. Parking is 20 a day that charges and additional fee for processing. Why to i have to pay to park if im staying for an extended time? The night clerk was amazing though. I had to change rooms 3 times to get a decent room the tubs were not clean. And the toilet water was so high it touches you bum when you sit.

The room was ok, very dated. Several doors could not be accessed by card key and only one (hardly working) elevator was in service. The breakfast was seriously lacking in substance. Staff was all very polite and courteous though.

The staff was very friendly; however they only have one functioning elevator which takes forever, the outside door wouldn’t open with our keys so we struggled to get back inside, and the hot tub was drained and unusable.

The hotel is old and needs repair. Very poor lighting around the entire hotel at night late at night multiple cars coming in and out just sitting and then leaving that don’t stay at the hotel only one elevator works and it barely works. They charge you $18 a day to park I had an Expedia package sent to me and they charged me five dollars for having it delivered to the hotel.

only one elevator was working and it was extremely slow and creepy. no staff in the lobby after 3am and the front doors opened automatically 24/7, so security was very lax. room door didn’t close all the way by itself. room was spacious for two people though and hotel was extremely close to attractions

I choose this property for the cost and I got what i paid for. I usually go chesper meaning i want no frills but this place was ROUGH. The staff at the front desk was over clocked. We came in and the phone was ringing off the hook and they were cheating in people. Only 2 staff for phone and in person guests. Our room was ready early but probably should not have been. The sink was clogged. Even the overflow didnt work. The one elevator in the building was slow and made horrible noises. The room was gross. Stains on the furniture and carpet. We came home from the theme park and there were people randomly eating in the hall way. When we left a supervisor was reaming out a front desk agent about the pto policy. This was a highly inappropriate conversation for the manager to have front facing and he should have known better. It was extremely awkward to bear witness to. Can't stress enough how miserable this stay was. Avoid.

The TV in my room didn’t work I had to request to get it fixed and our Room smelled funny like damp type of smell. The elevator needs to be worked on and cleaned cause it looks like that elevator hasn’t been taken care of in a while.

When we arrived to the room it was not clean. There was hair from a previous guest in the bathroom in the shower and all over the floor. It was disgusting and we had to clean the bathroom ourselves before we could even use it. It was that disgusting. And then on top of the horrible condition of the room, you have to pay $18 dollars a day to park at the hotel or else you get towed. I would never stay in à la Quinta again or recommend to anyone/

I feel bad for the staff at this hotel. They are friendly and trying to do their best in spite of the conditions of the property. This place is OLD. The walls are crumbling (literally), the internet barely works, the breakfast is sub par, and even the locks on the doors barely work. When I checked in the machine was down, so the attendant in the lobby had to use her masterkey to let people into their rooms... ONE BY ONE... DO NOT STAY HERE!!
