The room was clean. Everything was worn out. All of it. Fixtures, furniture etc. Climate control was not working. TV was broken, TV remote was Also broken. Carpet was stained. No fridge. No outlets free to plug your phone in. One elevator was broken. Second elevator barely moving. Front desk was not helpful and most importantly, they hid an expensive parking fee until after you were checked in and committed. You have to pay via an app and the app does not tell you how much parking is until you check out. Very poor. No one cares about this place. It's too late for me but save yourselves.

The room was clean enough, you can tell by the pictures that the hotel needs an upgrade. However, the toilet was dirty and looked like it was completely missed by the cleaning crew… like not even flushed and there was pubic hair on it. The beds were not queens, they are full size. The location is good but $18 for parking on top of everything else seems a bit ridiculous

Where to begin… the elevator.. so slow and scary, our room door wouldn’t open .. swipe and finally figured out to turn handle up, 2 wash cloths and 2 towels for 3 days, no housekeeping for 3 days, one roll of toilet paper in our room. The facility is older and showing major wear and tear. The best part was the hot water !!!!
