Front desk staff was nice and check-in went smoothly. We noticed some small roaches in the bathroom. The breakfast selections were minimal and were not being refilled enough to accmoodate everyone there. We only stayed 1 night.

No room service. They never change the sheets or towels in room, I had to empty my trash, go to front desk for towels and toilet paper. I asked housekeeping woman for towels and toilet paper and she laughed at me. Free breakfast is a joke, toast and waffles. I scratched every night in the bed. I scratched every night in bed because blanket and sheets were dirty. I would never stay there again. Worse hotel I've ever stayed at. It's only worth 30 dollars a night.

Only stayed one night, the staff kept trying to enter my room while i was showering even before it was checkout time. But the front desk waived the 100 dollar refundable for me so that was good at least.

The room did not go well. Upon check in, we went to the room. It had just been fumigated, all the drawers were open to the dressers, the AC filter was out of the unit, the bed sheet had a stain on it.

The hotel room itself was good, but i had booked my stay on expedia. When i tried to check in, i was told i did not have a reservation. I showed them my Expedia confirmation & was told that was of no help to them as it was an Expedia confirmation number. As it was a holiday weekend, i had to book a room for significantly more than what my reservation was for. I called Expedia & they said it was a problem with the hotel. I don’t know exactly where the problem lies, but Expedia washed their hands of the whole situation. After this experience, i see NO BENEFIT IN BOOKING THROUGH EXPEDIA.
