Worse experience I’ve had at a hotel. After check in, we proceeded to take the escalator to our destination floor and we were stuck. The door wouldn’t open nor were we able to go back down, we had to call 911 to give them the model number and everything. I asked for a refund the front desk women told me she could not give me a refund receipt, until the police was mentioned. Did not offer

The clerk that did the check in was extremely rude and seems she was so miserable Doug her job Unfortunately, I had to do the check out again with her and was the same treatment and with a face that was screaming she hate it she job Hotel facilities was ok and the location excellent.

The staff. I checked in for a 2 night stay and told the front desk that I would have 2 others that will be coming in at separate times and they said that was fine did not ask for their names just said it would be ok. So moving forward you assume all is good. We were all there for working an event and do not live in the area. Well one of the 2 were able to use the room and my third person got off earlier then. i did and I gave her the reservation number and everything even my cc last 4. She got there went to front desk and they told her they could not give her a room key so I understand for security but then I called them had to leave my bar to do this and still even with me being able to verify they said no. I asked to speak with a manager they were not available and she said to call back in 20 mins which I am not able to. So my friend ended up having to find another hotel which cost both of us more then expected in travel expenses. The staff needs to be able to verify and assert the needs of the guest as the whole point of getting a hotel while you are working is to be able to relax and start your next day stress free. I will not stay there again and I travel all over the country for work and have never had an issue.
