Perfect getaway

Beautiful hotel, very clean, great amenities for the kids and adults. The pool is gorgeous!! Location is perfect for the parks BUT the TV in the room is SO slow and outdated!

I booked this stay to celebrate a special night with my girlfriend, expecting a comfortable and memorable experience. Unfortunately, it turned into a major disappointment. We were given a room that was far from what was promised. The condition of the room was poor, with clear signs of neglect. To make matters worse, there was no hot water during our stay. After planning a special evening, it was frustrating and embarrassing to not even be able to take a proper shower. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable stay. There are plenty of other options that value their guests and deliver on the basics.

The room we were given did not have a nice view at all. Washer/dryer combo left our clothes very wrinkly, damp and covered in lint. The air conditioning was not working in the middle of our stay with the temp in our room going up to 81 degrees- then I wound up getting sick. We asked to change our room which was possible, but we had plans everyday and no time to pack up our room.

Hilton grand was top tier. Everything was just right. Clean suite, polite staff, and great amenities. Me and my son enjoyed our time here. We will return on our next trip to Orlando.
