The property itself was lovely, but when I searched for a hotel, I wanted a restaurant and bar on-site. The restaurant and bar are now closed with the exception of the free breakfast. I SPECIFICALLY wanted bar and restaurant on-site and I was really annoyed that these were not available even though it's still on the website.

Renovated Look, Disgusting Rooms

The hotel may look renovated, but don’t be fooled — the rooms were extremely dirty. The sheets were filthy, the sofa bed bedding had stains and hair on it, and we even found snack trash bags under the sofa bed. One room had a toilet that was flooding water. We ended up switching to three different rooms that night, and every one of them had problems. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel and rooms are newly renovated and were very clean. This hotel punches above its weight in terms of its price - I was really pleasantly surprised! The staff was always friendly and nice. You can’t walk to stores or restaurants but we ordered DoorDash and took Ubers to the Universal parks, which are very close so this is a perfect location. The pool area looked nice and also had a hot tub although we didn’t get a chance to use either. We’d definitely return!

Great Property we loved it and will come back. The only reason why I am not giving a five star review is because of the bad breakfast. The property is amazing. The room is a spacious modern very clean. The sTaff was also very warm and nice except for the breakfast staff which looked stressed and overwhelmed. So I would highly recommend that management invest a little bit more on improving the breakfast quality. The food was not good at all. Coffee didn’t even taste good it was like tiny coffee, and lots of water. Breakfast food with Reyna fast and many times a lot of people would arrived and there were no food on the trays. Is the only thing in this property needs to improve because the rest was amazing. The pool is great and our family and the kids enjoy it a lot.

We checked in late after a long drive and initially thought the room was nice , until we discovered bed bugs around 3:30 AM. We were awaken by terrible itching from bed bugs. They were on the sheets, pillows, and even our son’s bed. We didn’t want to pull the sheets back to discover the amount on the mattress, honestly seen enough on top of sheets and under the blankets. I took videos/photos and showed them to the front desk. The night staff was kind and gave us a refund for the second night, but we had to leave at 4 AM with our 10-year-old and find a new hotel. When we returned to speak with the manager the next morning, and to request a refund for the first night he refused to come out, and the staff on duty was rude and dismissive. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel , the bed bugs were bad, but the lack of urgency and care from management made it worse. I wish there were a place here to add videos however I did take a few screen shots of the video, to add photos.

Property was beautiful and clean. Check in was easy despite the very grumpy person working the check in counter. Hot tub was out of order. Restaurant on site was empty most the trip, made us not want to eat there. Great stay overall. Front desk needs more hospitable people.
