Room 120 needs the floor near the bathroom sink replaced ït is wonky. The bathroom sink has a ant problem. The cleaning lady left two black hairs in the shower and the bedsheets were wrinkled. The front office staff was courteous and helpful upon check in.

The room was really nice and the staff was really nice the breakfast was pretty good. The thing that really pissed me off the most was no pool no hot tub. We came from Columbus Ohio where the weather is 40 degrees wanting to come there to swim that's why we picked that hotel should have been notified beforehand. It pretty much ruined the whole vacation

It was a wonderful stay! I ended up extending my stay because of how well rested I felt here. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly when I had a hiccup happen with extending my stay. The rooms are extremely quiet, the AC IS REMARKABLE HOLY MOLY DOES IT GET COLD AND STAY COLD I LOVE IT!! The showers are spacious and have PLENTY hot water. The breakfast area is peaceful and has great options for a quick breakfast. I will definitely be returning and have already told my friends about staying here when they come to visit Orlando. 10/10 would definitely return.

We stay at a lot of hotels. The rooms are beautiful. Very spacious. Comfy beds. The breakfast was nice. Definitely will stay here again. The only disappointment was that the hot tub and pool area was closed. It has an absolutely beautiful pool area.

I chose this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub and pool. At check in I was told the pool area is closed for maintenance. I would have chose a cheaper hotel and feel I should be compensated
