The hotel is super central, very close to all of Orlando's attractions, especially those located in ICON Park. You don't even need a car to explore the city's busiest and most attraction-filled streets.

Hotel is under renovation but we knew that when we booked there was some construction noise but that was expected. We had an old room but it was clean and good for what we needed. We were on the ground level which was nice room 112 but it was close to the gate going to the pool area and front desk the gate slams it was way worse then the noise from construction. Note to Hotel……while doing reno’s also put in a better gate that doesn't slam. Overall enjoyed our stay the location was great and with in walking distance to stuff or cheap Uber rides.

They charge you $10 for breakfast per person and it’s a basic continental. Hot tub Was not hot. It was colder than the pool. Staff at the front desk was great. And our room was clean but the ac was very loud

Pros: Got lucky with a new renovated room, which brought a microwave and mini fridge as well as a sink outside the bathroom super clean and modern. Walkable to icon park and a lot of restaurants options. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Cons: Construction noise going on most of the day till almost 7pm. The hot tub wasn’t hot and the towels for the pool always took forever to come out we had to continue asking for them. Overall the stay was great and i can’t wait to be back once the hotel is completely renovated.

Probably the lowest quality hotel I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in hostels alll over. People smoking pot outside and smell was coming in while the hacked away. Tried to call front desk to report it but the phone didn’t work. Sitting chair was stained all over the seat, bedspread had stains, towels were stained with make up and thread bare in spots, the freeway noise is loud. They are under renovation and one of the workers was nodding off outside the elevator. It was a bizarre experience. The good: location, the beds were decently comfortable and the bathroom in our room had been redone and looked nice.

Not very clean. Toilets hardly flushed very slow pressure. No room services only one face cloth. Had to call if need your room done. No hand soap one little bottle off body wash for both of us and extremely loud there beautiful front entrance beautiful grounds and swimming aera

This property is the best deal in Orlando for me and my family. They are doing lots of renovations in some rooms but that didn’t affect our stay. For the price it is a great place and location. I always enjoy staying here. I’ll be back again. I’ve stayed 3 different times now. No major complaints at all. 8/10 stars

I will not stay at this hotel had to ask for wash clothes and towels and had to request room service. The room attendant opened the door with us in the room while my spouse was naked if I did not rush to the door and stop it she would have seen my spouse nude.
