Location was ideal and amenities were perfect. The pool times made it even better after a long day we had until 11pm to relax. The staff was friendly but not too helpful when it came to advice on renting a vehicle. My recommendation is that they should be able to assist customers with car rentals in the future. Also when we arrived there was no luggage concierge service upon our arrival which we would have greatly appreciated.

Fully staffed area for breakfast (they have heavily invested in providing breakfast everyday between 6.30 am-9.30am). Game area seperate for kids/teens. Gym area seperate also. Only issue i had was that the smart feature of the tv like Youtube did not work. Videos were scrambled. Property is very close to Disney Springs. Paid parking.

First off they will not allow you to check in 1minute before 4:00, even after explaining my 92 year old mother needed to lay down. Next they charge $29 per night to park in their parking lot which you can’t find a spot after 8:00 in the evening. The rooms have no safe so do not bring any valuables with you. There is only 1mirror in the bathroom and if you take a shower the mirror fogs up since there no fan in the bathroom. There is another mirror by the front door as you first walk into your room . Breakfast is served between 6:30 and 9:30 am, we had to stand in line for over 30 minutes. The food was subpar.
