The following breeds are not permitted: Great Dane, Sharpei, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow and Presa Canario; other dog breeds at discretion of property management. I’ve stayed at this resort multiple times but this time was excellent. The check in process was a breeze and our condo was perfect! Newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom; the laundry room was an added bonus. I would recommend this place a thousand times over! A home away from home.

Nice place to stay, but I didn’t know it was part of a timeshare and that I would have to sit through a presentation (90 mins long!) I was there for vacation, that’s it.

The property was clean, staff was friendly and everything was conveniently located. We had a great time during our stay. Things to take into consideration the water park isn’t free it’s a $25 fee per person unless you’re a member. I wish I would’ve known that ahead of time, it wasn’t worth it in my opinion. You aren’t allowed to bring in food snacks or drinks other than water. Regular guest are allowed to enter at 11:00. They have a snack bar and bar but doesn’t open until 12:00 which I thought was pretty late. They have strict pool rules no water toys, so you can’t toss a ball around no floaties. My daughter is 6, 45in tall and she was only able to ride 2 slides. The restaurants on the properties. Open late and close early marketplace opened late. It was cool that they had these convenient options on the property, but everything opened after 10 o’clock and closed by nine.

It was extremely loud. We weren't able to get a goods night rest either night that we were there as the people on both sides of us were slamming door all night and banging on the walls until around 3am.

Great stay however avoid the complimentary breakfast/lunch offer. You will spend an unbelievable amount of time being pressured to buy a timeshare. The sales people are pushy, relentless, and less than truthful. Don’t fall for it. Look into West Gate timeshare reviews to see what I mean. It is that horrible.
