Takes a day to get your bearings on the layout and all the activities. Staff friendly, I initially thought it was huge till I saw another hotel, it is walkable or you can call for a golf cart to pick you up and take you around the venue. The room is large and comfortable, could use a little updating such as the area rug was well used. Overall it is very nice.

The property is very spacious and well maintained overall. Rooms and bathroom were very clean as well. My only concern was with the sinks and shower which got clogged and water was not draining as it should.

Room was fantastic - large and clean with all the amenities. Only complaint is it needs blackout drapes, as the lights from the pool area are on all night and shine directly into the room. Besides that, everything was immaculate. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Will stay again.

They had charged $34 a day in resort fees and still charged on top of that for other amenities on the property. The staff didn’t even know what was free. The cleaning lady spoke no English so it was impossible to get cleaning soap or coffee refill
