Fair but not worth the price

Stayed here because it came up in a search for properties with a lazy river. While there is on at an associated property, the pool was just average. That being said the rooms were not well mantained but the staff was very helpful in finding us a new room when we let them know about the very large roach in our room.

However, we did run into several issues. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived—there were stains on the bed sheets and even a pee stain on the toilet. The room and hallways showed a lot of wear and tear, and the carpets were old and dirty. Another downside was the unexpected fees: we were charged a $40 per day resort fee and $34 per night for parking. Also, although we were told the pool stayed open until 11 PM, it randomly closed at 10 on some nights. There are dining options on-site, but they’re fairly pricey for what you get. Overall, the location and a few amenities were nice, but the cleanliness and hidden fees made the stay less enjoyable than expected

Hotel was great and worked very well for visiting Disney with the shuttle service. The shuttle drivers were exceptionally great, in particular Nelson who was the morning shuttle driver. Pools at the hotel were really beautiful and the kids loved them.

Good area, quiet and very clean but beware of parking fees and resort fees which for 4 nights ends up being an extra $300 + . Even if you choose self parking it’s $35 a night. Personally I would rather spend that money at a Disney resort.
