Didn't use the ammentaties. Breakfast was way overpriced with no other options available other than the buffet. The room was a bit musty smelling and could use a more thorough cleansing. I did like the convince of the shuttle service to the parks. The bus was also very dirty. The hotel staff was friendly. Overall it was a decent stay.

I am requesting a partial refund due to serious issues with the room and lack of adequate response from the hotel. Despite paying extra for early check-in, our room’s toilet did not work upon arrival. When I reported this, the hotel staff did not offer a new room and initially treated the issue as a low priority. Only after I disclosed that I have a medical condition requiring bathroom access did they send maintenance. We were told the issue was fixed after waiting an hour, but when we returned at 1:00 a.m., the toilet was still broken. We were then moved to another room in the middle of the night—without assistance carrying our luggage—and did not finish moving until nearly 3:00 a.m. The second room also had plumbing problems, with a continuously clicking toilet and a bathtub that took nearly an hour to drain. Even after receiving a late checkout, housekeeping knocked on our door well before the original checkout time, waking us up and rushing us unnecessarily. This stay was extremely disruptive and far from what I paid for. Given the multiple unresolved maintenance issues and the stress it caused, I am requesting a partial refund for the inconvenience and lost value of my stay.
